iPhone iPhone 6 problem with iOS 9

It's a known issue but some just can't see it.Nothing you can do I am afraid
Ever since my update to iOS 9 my phone responsiveness has decreased.Scrolling is laggy and phone takes longer to open certain apps.Can anyone tell me whether anything can be done short of a restore ?
It's an issue some seem to be having and not others. Perhaps try the above suggestions or maybe get on the public beta. 9.1 beta 4 is working well for me.
