iPhone 6 Screen turned off !!!

Hi
Today i was using my phone and i noticed some black lines , i think'd that is app crash but for about 10 seconds my screen turned in to "black" or off.
I tried to hold Sleep/Home buttons serval times , i tried restoring and updating but nothing happens my screen is off .
p.s I can hear sounds when i plug in, vibrate works. I can connect to itunes, and everything looks fine.
Please help me how to solve this.

Sounds like a hardware failure. Maybe the screen died.
Bring it to Apple to have it fixed.

It's any possible way to fix from home ?.

If not how to know if my phone board works fine ? I think phone board has gone ,what u think ?

Not sure if your comfortable opening it up. You could cause worst damage if you don't know what you're doing.
Bring it to an iPhone repair place or Apple. Somewhere that has the proper tools, skills and parts to diagnose and repair it.

My 6 does this, have had it exchanged and it still does this. Only a hard reboot fixes it.
