iPhone 6s camera stutters and makes ticking noise while panning up

Hi,
Our phone started making this ticking noise while panning up and the video is stuttering as that happens. Please see video at

You may have to turn the volume up.
We turned in off, on, reset it, but it's still there. Anyone have any ideas?

That is the autofocus. The camera is broken and needs replacing.

Thanks, what a shame.... We will be making the last of the 24 payments next month. I had hoped it would live longer than 2 years.
