Hi, My iPhone 6s ios 10. 3.2 freezing 3-4 times a month. Apple Service ctr says there is no problem after running diagnostic. What should I do? Any advice

Back it up in iTunes. Right click on the back-up and click Archive.

Wipe your phone clean and restore the back up.

Please see if that helps.
If not, do it without restoring from the back up and reinstall your app one at a time to see what's causing your issue.

Don't forget to post back to let us know how it went.

Dear Sir
Thanks a lot for your response.

I have tried and tested following steps but this problem reoccurs after some time.
1. Reset all settings
2. Restored to factory setup.(with itunes)
3. All uninstallable apps uninstalled and reinstalled
4. Carried to Service Centre they ran diagnostics and said "no problem with the device"
thanks

Gotta be in it to win it
On the chance there is an issue on your 6s with 10.3.2, 10.3.3 should be out shortly. You could give that a go, when it is released and if your phone is still freezing at that point it may be hardware.

I hope you have copied off all your photos and data first.

Perform a full factory reset and do not restore from old backup.

Set it up As New by re-doing all the settings and downloading all your apps one by one from the app store.

If it still freezes, demand a replacement from Apple store if you are under warranty.

Do you find it happens after you use a certain application? I know you've probably thought of that but is there something you only use obsessionally but this happens sometime after you use that application?

I had this a LOT with the AFS update. My issue was when my phone was in one location it crashed when it was connected to WIFI only. It was very strange. I'm working around it but wiping network settings and connecting to WIFI and NOT resetting the phone. If i restart the phone, it would crash when connected to WIFI in this one location. Very strange issue. I hope you get yours resolved - post back if you do. I'm sure it was the AFS update as this started the day I updated.

I think you may be right, I had a similar issue with my 7plus and after trying everything here - up to getting a replacement the only thing that (fingers crossed) that worked was erasing my old iCloud backup and turning it off for a few days (usually do encrypted backups on iTunes anyway) then starting fresh. Maybe an issue with a pre-AFS iCloud backup?

Edit: Just happened again...
