I'm sorry but 6s's battery just can't last any longer. If you really use it lightly, just put it on low power mode or buy a battery case.

4 hours of use as in you took it off the charger at some point and 4 hours later it was basically dead? You mentioned on screen time, which would be somewhat different than that. In iOS versions prior to iOS 12 there wasn't much of a measurement of on screen time, while that now exists in iOS 12. That said, it seems that that measurement in iOS 12 might not always be correctly accounting for usage also, going by some personal experiences with it as well as those from some others across a few threads dealing with iOS 12 battery stats (and somewhat related screen time as well).
I used it for two hours and it had 50-60%.
Whole battery drain (100-50%; 50%-0%), is around linear. Not exactly linear, but close enough. If it isn't 4 hours, then it is 4.5 hours. Not much of a difference, and a massive decrease compared to the average 8.5 hours I am getting on iOS 9.
It seemed to be a little lower than what iOS 11 yielded, and that was 5 hours of usage. Both unacceptable, considering that upon launch - and on the Original iOS version, obviously - battery life was - and still is - in my case, on average, 8.5 hours.

So it sounds like we aren't talking about on screen time or even usage time, just basically time from when you disconnected from charger to when you noticed various battery percentages.

But we are. "I used it for two hours"...
