iPhone 6S-iOS 10 Can't delete Apps

I turned off restrictions in Setting>General.

I still can't get the icons to giggle when I long press on them from the home screen. This is a work phone sand originally I was able to get the giggle to remove app, but now as soon as I touch any icon, for example Mario Run it opens a screen to share the app with a long press.

I know certain apps can't be deleted, but I can't delete anything...I can no longer get the icons to giggle.

You are pressing the icon too hard, lightly rest your finger on it. Or, alternatively, you can delete them in Settings -> General ->Storage/Usage.

That was it folks! Thanks for your help. This is my 1st iPhone. I am used to my $25 Nokia-Microsoft Phone with Windows 10. Not bad for $25.
