iPhone 6s keeps on ringing.

I have a iPhone 6s running IOS10.

The phone keeps on ringing, when the call is not answered, after caller hung up.

Carrier support says it's the phone that have a problem. Anybody with an idea?

Possibly power down the iPhone and remove Sim, re-insert and power on the iPhone. If that does not correct it, it very well could the iPhone as the initial problem.

Tried that, no luck.

hard reset tested as well. No luck.

Have you tried resetting network settings?

For how long does the phone keep on ringing after the caller hung up?
