I have the iphone 6s+ on 10.3.2 and I know this will sound odd but since iOS 11 came or a few days ago, but I swear up and down my phone is performing worse (No, I am not playing it up on my head to convince myself to get a new phone, I like my headphone jack and $800).
1) My battery usage for the last 24 hours says 17% for snapchat with 22minutes on screen and 44m in the background and safari has 40% with 1.5 hours on screen. I started off today with 100% charge at 7:30am and now it is 1pm and I have 15% left. I just witnessed it drop 7% in 10 minutes.
2) My apps (safari, amazon, spotify, and imessages) have started having freezing and UI issues where elements such as the keyboard will not load. safari and amazon in particular have quit on me several times in the last few days
3) yes, I have restarted my device and no, I will not update to iOS 11 until my 32 bit apps are updated and they have all of the bugs worked out.
My main point is, the phone was great until a few days ago. I experienced the same thing with my 4S (which I still have on 5.1.1!) when the iphone 5 came out. I have also noticed this on my 2009 Macbook Pro and my 2013 MBP. Has anyone else noticed it?
Edit: just a few minutes later I am at 6%
