iPhone 6s photos are blurry every single time

I'm so disappointed. I used to take beautiful photos with my iPhone 5s, but I upgraded to take advantage of the 6's supposedly better camera. My photos are terrible every single time, even in good light. What is this graininess?

Could there be a filter enabled by default and used for every photo?

There's no filter on. Everything looks pixelated or something.

I think what you are seeing is the low res version. Are you using iCloud? If you download the native resolution it should be clearer. Hope that works .
