iPhone 6S video orientation bug?

Hi,

Can anyone with a 6S on 9.3 test this to see if it's just me? When I'm watching a video in Safari and rotate orientation, the phone is "snapping" in and out of the video. Try playing this video:
http://www.apple.com/apple-events/march-2016/

And switch between portrait and landscape. Do you see anything buggy? Please try it with the menu gone too.

Yep. Happens here on a 6s.

Full on crash on the 6 Plus. It locked up and crashed Safari. Yikes. I'll have to report that one.
