iPhone 6s without SIM Issues

I gave my daughter an extra iPhone 6s to use as a iPod Touch after my wife upgraded to 8 plus.

The issue is she has downloaded a few apps with no issues but there are a few she said she is having issues with. She is able to download the app but when she tries opening them the they close really fast....like it 1 second.

She tried downloading Candy Crush and Boomerang and this has been the issue.

Anyone know why?

Have you tried a full factory reset?

I reset the phone before giving it to my daughter. Login with her Apple iCloud account

That means the apps are crashing. Have you tried a hard reset??
