iPhone 6S+ wont charge... but will charge

Hi, this is crazy... my iPhone will charge when the lightning cable is connected to the USB port but will not charge when its connected to the charger!

I restarted it and all is ok... but this is really putting me into thought cause who knows if this unstable attitude will return (and stay permanently) after the warrantee has ended or not?

Any thoughts on this?

The charger would charge an HTC smartphone and the lightning cable would work charging the iPhone -as i said- from a USB port!

I have found that iPhones and iPads can be picky. My Samsung chargers won't charge my iPad or iPhone while LG chargers work perfectly.
