iphone 7 camera app freezing?

Anyone else? On my wife's iPhone 7 when she opens her camera app most of the time it just freezes, you cannot do anything and no button presses register at all. She has to force close the camera app, then sometimes it works, other times it will freeze again.

Same thing is happening to my iPhone 7 128GB Rose Gold. Not only using the cameras app but also when surfing the internet. Paid too much money for this to be happening, not happy at all I'll tell you.

I'm having the same problem, there is another thread with the same issues, so it''s not just me then! No answers yet but lets wait and see. I've tried hard rest and it worked ok for a day and then came back.

I have a 7+ and this happend to me today after I had taken pictures. I don't know if this is software or hardware. I had to do a hard reset to get out of the photo app.
[doublepost=1476398128][/doublepost]I called Apple just now. The tech said to do a reset from itunes as new and see if it happens again. He said if it did after the reset that it might be hardware, but that they would replace it with a new phone.

I was getting ready to post a new thread but I guess its happened to a lot of people. I have a 128gb 7+ matte black. I have to shut off my phone sometimes when the cameras freezes.

Its effecting lots of iPhone 7 handsets, mine included. Sometimes my 7 automatically takes burst photos when opening up the camera app, and without me touching anything.
