So I have come across an iPhone 7+ for a major discount from a private seller. The one problem is that the rear camera does not work. I have heard about this problem with the 7+ model. I was wondering if I buy it from a private seller, would I be able to get it fixed by Apple?

It depends on if the issue is repairable or Apple may replace the iPhone under warranty. Apple would have to diagnose the issue first and make a decision if it's covered under warranty or not.
