Hello,
So my wife's iPhone 7 started acting strangely after updating to iOS 11.3.1. The microphone and speakers suddenly stopped working.
I went to the Apple Store this morning. They told me Apple is still working on the problem.
They simply gave me a brand new iPhone 7 - same storage, same color - for a direct replacement.
It's running 11.2.x and they told me not to upgrade before Apple finds a fix.
Her phone was still under warranty (bought in March 2017 - 2 years by default in the E.U)
Nice policy.
I myself have an iPhone 7 running iOS 11.3. No problem so far. I'm wondering whether I should upgrade to 11.4. Worst case scenario I'd get a brand new one
