iPhone 7 microphone problem.

Hi to all. I have a very strange problem with iPhone 7. My microphone works strange. When i call everyone can heaoudr me. Siri can also hear me, loud speaker when i'm talking, works. But voice memos don't work, whatsapp audio don't work and so on. When i plug in my lightning headphones voice memos still don't work. iOS 10.1

I did too . I never usually get a replacement phone but the new apple support app works like a charm and now so does my new phone . They know it's an issue

try to remove your IPhone case screen protector and else that might cover IPhone speakers and Isight microphone
