Hey everyone,
So my dad is currently on a trip in India, and has T-Mobile. He has an appropriate international plan, and when using his iPhone 6S, his phone worked and received service with no issue on multiple trips.
He upgraded to the 7 Plus on launch day. Now, His phone is displaying No service and he is unable to make calls or texts. If he forces a hard reset on the phone, he gains service, but only for a little while and then it goes out again. He never had any sort of issue with his 6S, and his cellular plan has not changed features at all.
Does this sound like a device issue, or perhaps a carrier issue? I've never run into this problem before and am trying my best to help him troubleshoot it via email.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
