No, order is still processing and no charge on the CC.
I double checked with Apple and the CC company yesterday and they both said that everything is OK
Nah, I seriously doubt you will get it before 22nd, maybe exactly on 22nd? If everything goes fine, they should change the status of the order within the next 48hours and ship out your phones on next Monday latest.
I am in the same situation. Ordered jet black 7+ 256GB. My delivery window is the 21st-28th. Like others I have spoken to and Amex and there is no issue. Been nothing but processing hell.
Mine only changed to preparing for despatch yesterday since I got bumped up to 20-22nd delivery slot. Your status will probably progress soon; I got the pre-order email @ 8.11am

Got 'Payment method declined', 20-22 delivery i7 32GB Black. Before I could change anything it went back to Processing.
