iPhone 7 video turns black on playback

My daughter has an iPhone 7 and when she records a video or uses Live Photo the video turns black on playback. She also can't post to sites like Instagram as it doesn't recognise the format.

She said it started going funny 24 hours ago when she downloaded a Pixel art app. The app has been deleted and phone restarted (and force rebooted) several times. Running iOS 15.8.1.

As I said in the post, 15.8.1.

We got it fixed. I downloaded a third-party camera app and it must've fixed the image database.
