Hi Guys,

The update had appeared in my settings and I wanted to get any input on it before I downloaded it

How’s everyones 7s doing after you’ve installed it are there any issues I should know about?

With the 7 off Apples radar now I’m unsure if it will be wiser the update or not?

Any users outhere? Please let me know if your phones are working the dream still lol

Thanks 👍🏻

also mine yes with 13.1 beta 4 is working like a dream.
health app is a mess. in ios 12 you can go back dates just sweeping left right. now is so bad. i havent a clue how you check your history lol.

That’s good to know thanks 👍🏻

I will see if any other users of the faithful 7 show up to get there input on it lol

I have been using iOS 13 on my iPhone 7 since PB 5 and am loving it, night mode, swipe keyboard, etc. work very well. Currently running iOS 13.1 beta 4 on it, all super smooth.

For my 7, personally I'm going to wait a few days for 13.1 (apparently releasing on 24th?), just in case there are any annoyances with 13.

On my 7 plus - It seemed ok at first but today switching between apps and screens, opening apps, closing apps - none of it is smooth - it’s jittery. I’m also having issues connecting to the internet when I’m on LTE. It’s been hit-or-miss this morning. I’m debating going back to 12.4.1 until 13.1 comes out. I updated all my most used apps leading into the change, and I haven’t had any problems with crashing. Also battery seems to be going down pretty fast this morning. Its struggling right now.

Same problem on my 7 plus. Restarted phone and working fine so far but my phone gets crazy hot since the update. I also couldnt access the app store after the update.

I had the GM for one day and it didn’t impress me. The phone heated up a lot doing basic light tasks such as browsing this forum where it never did it before. It just didn’t feel like a finished product. The 3D Touch feels different everywhere which I didn’t like. Swiping home screens dropped frames also. Dropped back to 12.4.1 for now. I’ll try again probably on 13.2. By then things should be better. Dark mode was cool and the updated status bar icons/fonts were a nice touch. It’s just not ready for a daily driver yet.

My iPhone 7's personal hotspot almost instantly disconnects via wifi. The only way I can hotspot my iPhone to my MacBook Pro 2015 is by USB connection, with wifi turned off on the MBP.

same as others above. my 7 plus (256) has been running really hot since the update. im not sure if its still indexing but I updated on day one. i also see the jitteriness when switching between apps or scrolling quickly (twitter, reddit, etc).

my Mail app is totally broken though. its incredibly slow, emails don't come in right away, takes a minute for the message to get downloaded, and it struggles when i try to read, go back to inbox, and delete messages quickly. i also the "ghost" messages where a line indicates an email but i can't click on it. i switched to Outlook and it works better.

my phones also struggling connecting to a weak LTE signal on ATT. like before in my basement i could get 1 bar and use internet, but now it just shows no signal.

battery performance has been the worst for me though. after a couple of hours in the morning i easily lose 30%. when i turn Low Power Mode on then battery performance improves to what it was before the update.
