Need help on my unlocked iPhone 7 with a cricket SIM.
So earlier today I suddenly got the alert about not able to make calls or access any cell data.
I would hard reset the phone and my service would be back up and running. But it I would get that same alert within a 5-10 minute period and again the no service up at the top.
I was up to date on the iOS (13.4.1). So I know I didn't need an update. So I turned off the Find My and decided to do a full restore.
After the restore finished, I got that error on the computer and then I got that error on the phone itself. So I took out the cricket SIM and inserted my T-Mobile SIM (from my other phone). I wasn't able to get the phone info via iTunes after that. So I put it in DFU Mode and did another restore with the T-Mobile SIM. Nope, I got the same error on the computer and on the phone.
I went to cricket before doing all this restore work and they said their services are good. It's not the SIM cause it's working fine on a spare 6s.
Anyone know how to fix this issue? Help!
