I have an iPhone 7 that I no longer want. Am I able to trade it into Apple for any credit or just towards and iPhone, which I don’t need.

If you decide to sell on Swappa, cover yourself by taking lots of photos, be very descriptive and I would also photo your packaging before you mail the phone out, as there’s lots of fraud on that site. It’s lucrative for those who know how to manage it, but it doesn’t come without its issues. I think the ‘safer bet’ would be to trade it in, but it depends how you want to maximize your return.
