hi,
Since the last iOS update (10.3.2) i am experiencing a weird thing with my iPhone 7 Plus. When I use it randomly the screen turns black, the iPhone is unresponsive and there is a spinning wheel. I can't restart it. 20 seconds later, the screen comes back and the phone ask for my pin code like it just restarted. Anyone has experienced this? Is there a fix to this issue? I don't think this is an app issue as it happened while taken a picture, typing a text or trying to make a phone call.
Thanks,

That's basically a respring, which is kind of like a partial restart. It sounds like something is crashing and causing the respring. Could be some service or even app (perhaps running in the background). You can potentially try to reset some settings or maybe even reinstall.

Thank you for your answer. I realized it was only happening with the phone app! I did multiple test and everything time I was trying to call someone, the call was going trough but nothing on my iPhone except that black screen. I did a back up of important things and was ready to do a factory reset. But just restarting the phone did the trick for now.
