Recently been experiencing audio issues with my iPhone 8. When playing music on Spotify through the EarPods, the music will pause. It seems pretty random, but happens more when I'm walking.
I booked an appointment with my local Genius, and he gave the Lightning port a clean. He advised some dirt/dust became trapped inside. Fine, I thought. Actually worked without issues (walking included) for a few days, but now the issue has returned.
The pocket where I put my phone isn't exactly teaming with dirt/dust, so I don't quite understand why a phone wouldn't be able to withstand a bit of it.
Anyone encounter this issue, and if so what was the resolution? Feedback much appreciated.
