No I haven’t called yet we’re on the same plan and the rest of us don’t have this issue. I have 6 phones total. 2 X’s, 2 8 plus’s and 2 regular 8’s oh and the carrier is at&t
Have you tried restoring the phone from a backup, or erasing all content and settings and setting up as a new phone? Did you try resetting Network Settings?
