I have an iPhone 8 (not plus) but don't see any difference - all working well on 11.4 since upgrade

Battery is great, camera works, all good.

because my brother have iPhone 8 Plus 11.4 and he have battery drain issue..

In my experience at least battery seems fine on 11.4 on both 7+/8+.

Is there a specific app showing in your brother‘s battery stats? Maybe some app isn’t playing nice with the update. I have heard some people did have battery issues on 11.4, maybe that’s one of the reasons for 11.4.1.

Our 8+ on 11.4 has not hurt the battery in the least!

You can update. If your not wanting to jailbreak if you are then stay on 11.3 there will be one very soon.

I doubt it is because of OS 11.4 - maybe some of his apps running in the background, settings ?

Perhaps whatsapp ? or another ? things like location / GPS are hard on the battery - this can be adjusted by app in settings.

Of course you can always stay on 11.3

As mentioned in the other thread that was linked easier about this exact thing, no one can really tell you what your experience will be like with your device. A few or some people have some issues (as is often the case with most updates), while many others don't.
