iPhone 8 Plus: All Calls Go To Voicemail

I have a strange problem. When someone calls, the call goes to VM. The phone rings like a half a second then goes to voicemail. Do Not Disturb is off as well as Silence All Unknown Calls. I have erased all network settings. You name it, it has been done. AT&T "fixed" it a few days ago, but now the problem is back. I am on the current ios: 15.4.1. Is this some sort of hack/virus/spyware?

Blocked contacts go directly to voicemail. Check your blocked contact list.

When did 15.4.1 release? Mine shows the current version as 15.4.

Can you clarify what you mean by “the phone rings”? Does your device ring or does the caller hear the half second ring on their end? Also can you think of the last change you made to your AT&T account and iPhone prior to this issue?

We don’t have enough to confirm but it sounds like some call-blocking/ screening feature though like the other user said so sinceI vent get immediate responses I guess I’ll start there. Can you have multiple other numbers try to reach you to see if it’s limited to certain ones? It’s possible that AT&T just called you from a number that isn’t blocked so it seemed to be fixed but wasn’t.

Open Phone, go to Contacts at the bottom, and find the last person that couldn’t get through. Look for Block this caller as an option. If it says Unblock this caller, tap it.

Did you find a fix for this? Your issues are the same as mine. Not all calls, but probably half. Rings for a split second, has the incoming call banner and then changes to missed call.
