Iphone 8 Plus , Error 4013

Hello , so I have a iphone 8 plus with damaged display , and a little bend that happend before the lcd screen to be damadged ... wi-fi wasn't working anymore , after the damadged screen iphone was turning on and alarm was working ( I forgot alarm on ) I changed the screen myself with a screen on amazon wanted to see if I can do it myself ... First start battery was dead then the apple logo appears then restarting it again over and over , I have put it in restore mode computer finds it but cannot restore or update it and I get error 4013 on computer in itines I have a windows laptop .... any ideas what I might do ? Now iphone stuck in restore mode ...

It's been a while since I have decoded iTunes error messages when restoring iPhones. But if my memory serves right, any error within the 4000 range is hardware fault related. Only Apple can help
