So, I have red 64gb model. After 20 days of use I noticed there’s horizontal gray line on screen while turning on, appears for a few seconds and then disappears. Had other issues- jumping cursor, washed out colors, icons flickering, so I had repair. First time they performed dfu restore, line was still there while turning on. So after second repair they changed screen. The gray line is still there, never at the same position. Cursor still jumps occasionally and screen flickers from time to time. Anyone else with this problem? Thank you. ps. I took iPhone for third repair, they saying everything is ok.

Ask if you can have a replacement device. You can also ask them to compare it to units on display in the store that don’t have the issues you’re experiencing..

I already asked for replacement, they denied, made a video with that problem with line on boot up screen, they saying all apple tests are ok.

I would try a different store or call customer support. Sometimes you get employees that are less helpful or just not too sympathetic with what your experiencing.. If they have no explanation or remedy for why your phone has these issues, especially if it doesn’t occur on other similar devices, you should keep asking to elevate it until you get a resolution your happy with..

Speak to Customer Support. This is definitely not normal...and not acceptable on an £800+ phone.
