iPhone 8/Plus iPhone 8S/9 design?

Not all of us want an iPhone X design with no home button and an ugly notch. Is anyone else very disappointed Apple is abandoning the iPhone 6/7/8 design? I sure am. It was perfect in every single way (with the exception of the headphone jack missing) All they did was create overpriced, unintuitive, garbage.

We all knew it was gonna happen. I liked that design don’t get me wrong. But Apple rode the design to long. I just wish Apple would’ve kept Touch ID even on the X.

It stuck around through 4 iterations with slight changes, for better or worse the X design & way of doing things is where iOS is headed, apple won’t want to be keeping a fragmented lineup of some home-button and some gesture devices.

It needs to stick around permanently. We don't want a phone with a notch and no home button.

Whose “we”? There’s actually quite a lot of people who like the design of the X and XS.

They still sell the 7 and 8 sorry that Apple didn’t cater to you personally.

Uh... the majority of folks want the 8 design. The "X" design is awful and a step backwards. Now those of us who want the latest processor are forced to buy the X design. That's not right. I also feel the same way about the SE getting pulled. Why are they doing this to their best designs ever???

How do majority of people want the 8? All I’ve read since the 7’s release was how boring the iPhone has become because “the same design, AGAIN?! ”
