I realized this morning (after I had finished eating breakfast and getting dressed of course), that my iPhone adjusted for daylight saving time even though "set automatically" is turned off! Because I had conscientiously set it forward manually last night, I lost an EXTRA hour of sleep. Has anyone else ever had this happen? How can I keep it from happening again in the fall?

It might have changed at the Server (Apple Time Server) chaged! So whom do you connect to for time?
Time servers do not recognize daylight saving time; they publish UTC regardless. DST is purely a function of time zone and is handled on the client end.
