Apple Land
hi,

i'm going to trade in an old iphone using brightstar trough apple.com. After completing their questionnaire, i only receive a pre-paid label to ship the phone. No packing list has been made available. Is that normal?

Has anyone done this before? It seems odd only to add a shipping label on the box. So that means a box + the iphone but no personal information about myself? How can they know who's phone i'm sending them. You would expect a packing list needs to be included.

would appreciate a comment from someone who has done this before through apple.com

The label has a unique identifying number with your trade-in info.

Can I just ‘hijack’ slightly to ask what are Apple expecting you to send you in the package?
Iphone, obviously, but what about charging plug, cables, earpods ?

Brightstar doesn't ask for the accessories.
