Iphone and Cincinnati Bell

Hello All, I have seen on here another thread on the iphone on Cincinnati Bell and I think its time to give another update. I have the 3g Iphone on cincinnati bell since January of this year. MMS, GPS, E-Mail, and Web all work on it fine. I also get the visual voice mailbox icon when I have a message waiting. The other day CinBell upgraded my sim card to the 3g sim. The Iphone 3g does not work locally with CinBell's 3g network. You can get 3g when you are out of town but it will incur roaming charges to your bill. I have the $15 unlimited data plan and it covers all my web use and everything. Never have I seen a bill more than what it should be. Hope this helps!!

First, let me just say how I miss CBW. I was grandfathered in an old plan...$59/month unlimited minutes. $15/month for unlimited data/text/mms. The only thing is that 3G won't work on CBW cuz they use a different frequency.

In the old day with CBW on my plan even international roaming data was free and I used it quite a bit when I traveled.

Do you know if the blakcberry data plan will work with an iphone 3g? or does it have to be the $15 plan?

it's not the BB plan...you can just use the $15

If you all ready have the BB plan it will work but the $15 plan will work just fine too
