iPhone iPhone and iPad charging issue

So I was using the ravpower power hub with usb c to lightning to charge my phone and iPad when both are dead it didn’t read that’s my phone ,iPad was plugged after unplugging it showed the charging bolt.

It did it twice what could be the issue the Apple cable or the ravpower hub ?
