I did a search but couldn't find an answer to this. I recently received my first iPhone bill and had an overage charge on texting. The only person I text really is my g/f. We both share a family plan, and I was under the impression that we had free m2m. So i was checking my usage this month and I'm already over on my Texting, so I called and AT&T told me that the iPhone doesn't have m2m unlimited texting. The next upgrade was for $15 to 1500 texts. My overages only totaly about $5, but how come no m2m texting, but m2m unlimited minutes for the iPhone? Or no upgrade option less than $15?

I recently went over on the 200 that come with the basic plan so I upgraded to 1500 per month.

But the AT&T rep on the phone quoted me an additional $10 not $15.

Yes...it should only be an extra $10 per month, not $15.

Supposedly you can't have unlimited m2m texting with the iPhone.
Indeed you can. Not available through iTunes activation, call and add it later. It shows up as a 25$ iPhone data + m2m txt package -- they drop the regular data and add that. The usual 5$ plan code the reps use won't work.

I've had it on my lines for two billing cycles. It definately exists and bills correctly.

The AT&T person I spoke with said there was no such plan. This is good news. I hope I can find someone who is familiar with this, and will possibly see about getting a credit, doubtful but worth a shot. You wouldn't happen to know the code for that package?
