iPhone and U.S. Cellular

I have U.S. Cellular and I want to know if I can buy an iPhone, unlock the iPhone and use it on U.S. Cellular for a couple of months, and then restore it and use it on ATT when my contract is up. Also, I do not have a data plan for my plan now, so will I be able to use the internet when there is no WIFI?

The iPhone is GSM and US Cellular is a CDMA network

Sorry to be blunt but thats about all there is to it.

Well that sucks. Oh well. I guess I will just have the iPhone for a couple of weeks before I can use it as a phone.
