Is it possible to edit Office programs on the iPhone? Or for that matter, iWork apps?

Is it possible to edit Office programs on the iPhone? Or for that matter, iWork apps?

It seems we can't do any of that at present, we are limited to read only. There is an app on iPhone page #1 that allows copy and paste within its application.
