iPhone App From DIDDY - Last Train to Paris

This was just launched today. It's pretty basic but it I LOVE the UI -- the purple, animation, so sleek. I also love that Diddy is making his fans a part of his movement; really smart branding.

Basically, it allows you to upload your photo & comments to become part of the "Last Train to Paris" (Diddy's new album out later this year) mosaic; later, they'll launch a full app where you can see which photos were selected for it, read people's stories, and more stuff. It also feeds Diddy's (highly entertaining) Twitter updates.

Yes, that makes perfect sense. Thank goodness Steve Jobs and Steven Wozniak don't have massive egos the size of the earth's sun. If they did, we wouldn't be able to enjoy our lovely Apple branded products.

At least acknowledge that Jobs' ego isn't the end product, unlike Diddy, whose self-proclaimed 'empire' is little more than another tired vehicle for furthering an already broken culture that's been trained to believe that, among other things, misogyny and greed are good.

In short, Jobs innovates.

Please restrain your emotions long enough to not bang out the same claim about Diddy.
