Confirmed at a local retail store: If you purchase an iPhone Applecare - it automatically covers both the iPhone AND the new iPhone Bluetooth Headset. That is, from the date of purchase of the iPhone!
Example: Say you bought the iPhone on June 29, 2007. And then you bought the Apple iPhone BT Headset on July 30, 2007. So whenever you buy the iPhone Applecare Plan (before 6/29/2008), then it will also cover the BT Headset from the original date of purchase of the iPhone (6/29/07) - NOT the date of purchase of the BT Headset. Confused? Read it again, it'll make sense...

Just another tactical method of Apple's marketing scheme for iPhone owners to purchase the Apple iPhone BT Headset and the iPhone Applecare... It's actually not bad of a deal since your BT will be warrantied for 2 years from the original date of purchase of the iPhone, but of course you'll be spending another $69 (Applecare) + $129 (BT). Those net profits are just skyrocketing every quarter!

thanks.

between the docks, the size of it, the applecare, the sound quality and the same charging spot I am really happy with my appletooth.
