Can someone tell me how AC+ works with the Upgrade program when it comes to number of incidents? I know that when I bought outright, I was entitled to 2 incidents over the 2 years.
I just joined the upgrade program and upgrade my phone every year. Does this mean that i essentially get 2 incidents each year as long as I'm upgrading every year?
Example. I upgrade to a Xs with AC+. I crack my screen twice in the next 12 months and use AC+ to cover both incidents. Then next September I get the iPhone 11 (or whatever) with AC+, does my 2 incident counter restart when i get the new phone (iPhone 11)?
