I have an iPhone 7, currently running iOS 14.1. For many months now, starting maybe sometime after the release of iOS 13, after the iPhone has been on for at least a day or used for a while, Safari webpages and other apps start to crash or have to reload constantly.

For example, when the issue starts occurring, if loading any non-simple webpage on Safari, it will be a matter of seconds before the page crashes and then attempts another reload or two before it displays the "problem repeatedly occurred" error. Similarly, if I have an email in the Gmail app open and then navigate to another app and back to Gmail, Gmail will reload and the email will no longer be open. Symptoms seem to worsen as time progresses; for example, Gmail eventually isn't even able to load emails.

These issues disappear temporarily when I restart the phone, but start to reappear within several days if not sooner. Restarting the phone whenever these issues occur isn't always convenient and doesn't prevent unexpected crashes causing data loss (like text typed into a form). I've already tried clearing browser data, cache in Settings, resetting network settings, and reinstalling apps, to no avail. Please advise.

Do you have a good amount of free storage on your iPhone?

Given what you've already tried, if you are still dealing with these sort of issues frequently, it seems like the next steps would likely be to go with something like trying to reset all settings to see if that might help, and if not, then potentially reinstalling iOS.
