iPhone 8/Plus Iphone as webcam

What's a good app for using an iPhone as a Webcam?
I'd like to connect to computer via lightning.
I checked into Ivcam but that only works on windows.

While there are a couple apps that technically work, I ended up deleting them because it wasn't a very good experience. My conclusion was - just buy a dedicated web cam. They're so much better.
The fatal flaw in all iPhone/webcam setups is you've got to leave an iPhone plugged in and on and active (unlocked) while its acting as a camera.

Webcam Plus works well in some apps and I'm pretty sure all such apps would run up against the same limitations.
