So I would like to be able to use my iPhone with headphones as wireless headphones for my laptop (macbook pro). The idea is that I could be playing something such as a hulu video on my laptop, but have the audio going to my iPhone, so I can listen via headphones without having to be attached to the computer.

Does anyone know of a hack or app out there that can do this. I have been searching around here, google, and elsewhere, but have not found anything. I would assume bluetooth would be the way audio would be transmitted, but not really sure.

what would be the point in this? why not just connect the headphones to the computer with bluetooth..

Can't see why you would wanna connect the iphone via bluetooth to the iphone and then connect the headphones to the iphone with bluetooth, makes no sense.

it you mean using cabled headphones with the iphone, well that's just kinda stupid, why not just buy some bluetooth headphones.

I remember seeing an app for it. It's not this one but this one seems to work.
