US is not one of them.
Many others are though.
Italy, Greece, Hong Kong, France and others sell factory unlocked iphones for full price.

Any link with the list of countries for factory unlocked iPhones at Apple stores. Would Belgium be one of them if no list available??

Yes, alot safer.
You cant really screw up and lock them up.
Belgium would work.
