Last year I backed it up fine and sold my phone. This year I reset as it said it backs up daily. Check my phone and it says iPad and iPod back ups only? My computer back up is a year old and won’t install is my data lost for good?

Your using iCloud backup you'd be fine. Can't use backup from older ios version though.

I was using iOS 13 was this why it wasn’t backed up? My iTunes is out of date on my pc too is this why I can’t access my back up from last October? And my computer has no memory left?
