iPhone X iPhone backup - delete purchased content

Hi all

Whenever I back up my iPhone in iTunes I get a message to say that there are purchases on my iPhone that are not in my iTunes library.

I want to delete these purchases on the iPhone so that I no longer get this message (I already have everything I want on my phone in my iTunes library).

How do I tell what content on the iPhone is causing this message and delete it?
