Going to backup and restore my current iPhone to a new one soon. Got a few questions on this and hope it can be answered here.
1) Is there a way to backup and restore the iPhone so that the passwords for apps, cards used for Apple Pay, bluetooth connected on other devices, data from Apple Watch and synced Apple Watch on the watch app? When I tried restoring it before, these need to be manually input on the new iPhone and the bluetooth devices need to be paired as new.
2) A jailbreak iPhone was used a long time ago and the backup from it was used to restore a new iPhone. Did not jailbreak the new iPhone. The question is if this may have caused any vulnerability to the new iPhones? Is there any app to check this?
3) In general are there any good apps to check for any hacks or spyware on the iPhone? The current iPhone seems to get hot really quick when just using reading apps and the battery is drained really quickly.
Thanks.

iMazing is better than using iTunes, in my opinion.

What is the difference between iMazing and iTunes as far as iPhone/iPad backup files?

I am of the impression that iTunes backup is better, more exact, more of a mirror image than just pulling one from the cloud but I'm not at all sure about that. I've got things like 1Password that I'd like to transfer all of its data to new iPhone or iPad. I was actually thinking about buying a cheapo Windows laptop to install iTunes on just for this, as it has bogged down my work trading workstations in the past.

For #1 it only asks me for the security code for the cards if I remember correctly (not re-entering all the info). I usually did iTunes backup restores but the last two years it's been easier just to do a wireless transfer by having both of the phones near each other.

Does anyone have an answer of doing a complete backup (with apps passwords, Apple Pay, paired bluetooth devices) with using iTunes? I am somewhat skeptical of using third party programs. Also does anyone have any suggestion about whether there is any issues of the iPhone using a backup from a jailbreak iPhone from a long time ago? And if there is any suggestion of how to detect for any hacks and malware? There seems to be pretty good reviews on bitdefender. Thanks.

Did you have to pair your new iPhone on bluetooth devices? I am assuming this might need to be done since each iPhone has its own bluetooth id, therefore the paired device might not recognise the new iPhone? Can you please elaborate on how you do the wireless transfer? Do you need to have things on iCloud to do it? Thanks.

When you turn on the new phone it will ask you if you want to set it up as new or transfer from another backup/phone. The last two years instead of using iTunes backups I told it to transfer from my old phone. You point the new phone at the old phone's screen and then sit them next to each other while the transfer happens wirelessly.

I do have to go through the Bluetooth setup in things such as my car since my car is looking for my old phone.

In newer versions of MacOS iTunes isn't used for phone backups any more. It's done through Finder.
