I am having an issue similar to the one I was having with my iPad a few months ago. I bought this iPhone 11 Pro in May off eBay refurbished. When I got it, there was a “battery calibration” message, which has since gone away.

However, this time, Background App Refresh is turned off, as well as location services, and the battery is still draining, even overnight.

Any advice on how to fix this issue?

In its case.
I’m thinking that your battery needs to be replaced. What % does your Battery Health show? You seem to have made the correct adjustments in Settings to slow the drain, so it may just be a worn-out battery.

I’ve got an older spare iPhone (7) that has a worm out battery. If I completely turn off the phone, the battery level will still continue to discharge even while it’s off. Maybe 2% to 3% per day.

iPhones are never “off” even when they’re turned off. There’s still stuff going on.

Any rechargeable battery will continue to drain, even when it's not used. But the iPhone still uses a small amount of power for the on/off button to work.
