Had my XS from new for 7 months. Battery is at 95%. I had a new battery put in my 6s around the same time (work phone) and it's still 100%

I spoke to Apple but they seemed to brush it off as normal. But it doesn't make sense as my 6s battery is still 100% healthy.

Should Apple be addressing/fixing this under warranty?

Battery at 95% is still in good shape, and given that battery health is an estimate which doesn't really work in a linear way, it's not necessarily an indicator of an issue.

Are you using both phones in the same manner, in the same places, at the same time?

I think the guidance is to keep the battery charged between 30 and 80% (or thereabouts) to prolong its lifespan.
