iPhone Battery Life Falling Short of Expectations?

Is anyone else getting shorter than expected battery life? According to Apple, pure talk time is up to 8 hours, pure web browsing with EDGE up to 6 hours, and pure video up to 7 hours. Based on those stats, I would expect mixed use to be at least 5 hours. What have you been getting?

One very interesting piece of information that Geeknuz , intentionally?, left out is that the testing from wirelessinfo.com is being redone because they apparently got their hands on a sub-par iPhone and noticed far better battery life in another one. I have been getting pretty decent battery life but it all depends what you are doing and how much you use it.

Right now, my battery is fine.

But I only use mine for occasional email, some internet browsing, and looking at picture.

Not much music stuff.

I expect it to last 1-2 days honestly and I will be fine. I charge mine nightly after work
